MANAGEMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION
The Association is presided over by a Management Committee comprising of 14 members drown from 4(four) supply area.
The Management Committee has further been reorganized into three sub committees namely.
(i) Planning Finance & Staff Committee
(ii) Monitoring Committee
(iii) Audit Committee
Each committee is made up of 6 (six) members. The General Manager sit on all committees as representatives of the Association while the Embu County Water Officer sit as ex-official members to provide technical advice.
The 14 member board of directors comprises of the key stakeholders from the community. They hold office for a period of 3 years.
